Jessica DeHoog

Jessica DeHoog, a Customer Experience Coordinator at RH Carter, brings a rich background in customer relations and email marketing from her previous work with major global brands. She holds a B.A. in Humanities from Brock University and a graduate certificate in Public Relations from Humber College.  

In her free time, she's a fitness enthusiast and enjoys quality moments with family and friends, sharing her love for music with her dad, and exploring new places with her husband. Jess finds inspiration in creativity and passion, and she appreciates Albert Einstein's quote: "Creativity is seeing what everyone else has seen and thinking what no one else has thought."  

She's motivated by the opportunity to create fun initiatives within the office and drive meaningful change with brands across Canada as part of the CX team. Jess appreciates RH Carter's summer hours program and its positive office culture.
