Phil is a Program Manager with the firm and he is currently managing the company's largest national program by volume.

Phil graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Arts, Economics Major and a Masters of Architecture.

On the weekends, Phil enjoys spending time at the cottage with his family. He is an avid guitarist and enjoys a round of golf when he can find the time. Phil enjoys working with clients to help them realize their goals.

He enjoys the open and collaborative office environment at RH Carter Architects, where he can trade technical ideas and solutions with the other project managers in the firm.
