Kael is a program coordinator and designer working on national retail programs. Not long after joining the firm, she was tasked with co-managing a national program; designing facilities in locations all over the country.

Kael is originally from Bamako, Mali and completed her undergraduate degree in Ottawa at Carlton University.

She is inspired by the impact that good design can have in our daily lives. In her spare time she enjoys taking care of her house plants and her aquarium while listening to her favourite podcasts.

She enjoys collaborating with team members and learning from more experienced coworkers within the practice. She also loves the feeling of being part of a family at RH Carter Architects and enjoys participating in office design competitions.
