John is a Principal with the firm and he has overseen the design development and construction of some of its most important projects.

John graduated from Ryerson University and prior to joining the practice, he worked for several years in the construction industry with varied experience in civil, commercial, high-rise and single-family custom residential projects.

John is inspired by a fast-paced work environment and the challenges it brings. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors and spending quality time with his family. He is an F1 racing fan and he was part of the RH Carter Architects 2019 Lamport Soccer Championship team.

You will often hear John say that there is no office culture like the one found at R H Carter Architects and that his colleagues are some of the most talented people in the profession.
