Caitlin joined RH Carter Architects during her co-op term in 2019 and rejoined the firm after completing her studies at Ryerson University.

She works as a designer on several national retail design programs and appreciates the community that the firm has cultivated over the years.  

She really enjoys the off-hour activities that the office hosts from ping-pong to bocce tournaments, and believes that it allows the staff to get to know one another better.

In her free time, Caitlin loves to read and explore the city and she Intends to complete her studies in architecture and become a registered architect.
